"English in Victoria" and "En français à Québec" are intended for students aged between 14 and 18 years old.

The Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier is accredited by the Council of Ministers of Education (CMEC), Canada, entitling us to offer summer language programs.

To apply for the second language summer program (EXPLORE) you must be a full-time student having completed at least Grade 11 (Secondary V in Quebec) by the time the EXPLORE course begins.Those who are interested in this financial assistance program should contact the Ministry of Education for their home province.
