French High School Studies
Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier (Quebec City, Canada) is a private educational institution for boys and girls. It was founded by the Jesuits in 1635. It has had a strong traditional educational recognition for the last 350 years. The educational project and other services offered express a vision facing the future and the world while being nourished with profound roots .
The international students live in host families who are carefully selected by the people in charge of the program. The choice of families will be based on these criterias: moral and family values, leisure activities they practice, and the everyday life (a copy of the grid can be forwarded upon request). To facilitate the integration of the student into the social and scholar community, a twinning to a quebecker is organized and is supervised by a regular teacher at Saint-Charles-Garnier. The legal tutor of the international students is the director general of the school. This person signs all the papers with Immigration Québec and makes sure that the pupil evolves without affecting the physical and moral aspects of his or her integrity. The inherent immigration mode to an educational stay in a foreign country for a minor pupil are available on Immigration Québec and Immigration Canada.
