Fill out the medical form on the screen, print it and then sign it. |

| STEP 3 |
Print and fill out by hand the following documents, available in PDF format (world-wide standard). The PDF format is readable directly on the screen by using the Acrobat Reader software which is free.

| STEP 4 |
Send all the documents (step 1 to 3) with your academic results of the previous year and a letter of recommendation from the principal of your school by courier service (DHL, UPS). |

| STEP 5 |
Read the following information:
- The manager of the international program will contact you as soon as we have received the documents listed above (step 1 to 4).
- A placement test in French will be sent to you by e-mail.
- The Code of conduct contract will be sent to you by e-mail.

| STEP 6 |
Once we receive all the required documents, the selection committee will assess them and you will receive an official letter of admission as confirmation. You will then have to contact the authorities at Immigration du Québec and Immigration Canada if your studies last more than six (6) months.
If you stay less than six (6) months, an authorization for your studies is not required; however, the minor students entering Canada must have the following official documents:
- A letter of admission from the College;
- Attestation of the legal assistance from a tutor in Quebec (document approved in Quebec that the College has sent);
- Authorization from the parents to confirm that they agree to have their child travel abroad (document notarized in student's country of origin).
