"Spanish in Mexico!" Program (Adults)

Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

STEP 1  Fill out the registration form here on the screen, print it and then sign it.

STEP 2 Fill out the medical form on the screen, print it, and then also sign it.

STEP 3 Print and fill out by hand the following documents, available in PDF format (world-wide standard). The PDF format is readable directly on the screen by using the Acrobat Reader software which is free.


STEP 4
  1. Canadian students
    Please, send all the documents (steps 1 to 3) by mail with a cheque of $250 CDN (registration fee non refundable) payable to the order of Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier.

    With the same mailing, please enclose a cheque of $1 375 CDN post-dated 2 weeks prior to departure (room and board, tuition fees and activities), payable to the order of Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier.

  2. International students (non Canadian)
    Please, send all the documents (steps 1 to 3) by courier service (DHL, UPS) with an international money order of $250 CDN (registration fee non refundable) payable to the order of Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier.

    The balance of $1 375 CDN must be paid 2 weeks prior to departure (room and board, tuition fees and activities).

NOTE :
You can also pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
For any of these modes of payments, you must make a request to the secreterial office of the college. Administration fees apply.

Read the following information:

  1. Canadian and international students
    You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt to confirm your registration as soon as we receive:

    • the documents mentioned in steps 1 to 3;
    • the registration fee (non refundable).

  2. International students (non Canadian)
    While travelling to Mexico, Immigration could require an official letter of admission. This letter will be sent to you with the acknowledgement of receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTE
We will send you a letter confirming your registration as well as the rules and regulations, and the Code of conduct to be signed and returned to us.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

THE REGISTRATION FORM AS WELL AS THE DESCRIPTIVE DOCUMENTS REGARDING THE PROGRAM ACCOUNT FOR THE CONTRACT.

THE PROGRAM BEGINS EVERY MONDAY, ALL YEAR ROUND. ALL THE REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE PAID ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL CALENDAR.

CANCELLATION BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE PROGRAM

  • The registration fee is non refundable;
  • The $1 375 balance is refundable if the College receives a written letter (fax, e-mail) at least 48 hours before the beginning of the program .

CANCELLATION DURING THE PROGRAM

  1. If the contract is cancelled because of an illness or a death in the family (medical proof is required), the following will be reimbursed:
    • The unused fees related to the educational services;

    Since we have contractual obligations with our partner, all the other fees (accommodation, administration, social-cultural and sports' activities) are not refundable.

  2. If the contract is cancelled for a reason other than illness or death in the family (bad weather, inadequate activities,...), there will be no refund.

  3. If a student is expelled from the program for not respecting the rules, he or she will not be reimbursed.
