THE REGISTRATION FORM AS WELL AS THE DESCRIPTIVE DOCUMENTS REGARDING THE PROGRAM ACCOUNT FOR THE CONTRACT.
THE PROGRAM WILL BEGIN ON SUNDAY AND WILL END ON FRIDAY. ALL THE REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE PAID ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL CALENDAR. PARENTS MUST TAKE THIS INFORMATION DOWN.
CANCELLATION BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE PROGRAM
- The registration fee is non refundable;
- The $2 100 balance is refundable if the College
receives a written letter (fax, e-mail) at least 48 hours before the
beginning of the program.
CANCELLATION DURING THE PROGRAM
- If the contract is cancelled because of an illness or a
death in the family (medical proof is required), the following will be
reimbursed:
- The unused fees related to the educational services (maximum $750 CAD/5 weeks);
- The fees related to the cafeteria service, in proportion to the unused days;
- The $30 deposit for the protection of the institution
against vandalism to its buildings on the campus and the loss of the
key room.
Since we have contracts with our suppliers, all the other
fees (accommodation, administration, social-cultural and sports'
activities, fitness room, pool) are not refundable.
- If the contract is cancelled for a reason other than
illness or death in the family (bad weather, inadequate
activities,...), there will be no refund.
- If a student is expelled from the program for not respecting the rules, he (or the parents) will not be reimbursed.
When there is an expulsion, the parents must understand
that the management of the program is responsible for acting in the
common interest of both parties but not necessarily in the interest of
the family. The parents cannot take any legal actions in order to
obtain any kind of reimbursement for the costs of their child's
transportation to Canada and back to the point of origin or for their
child's stay.
